Qualifications

• Active or interim secret clearance required
• Must lawfully reside in the United States and be eligible for employment
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and leadership
• Strong communication skills for project updates and decision briefs
• Ability to work with engineers and finance professionals
• Completion of USACE PROSPECT Course 253 - 1391 or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in project management, including project scoping, site selection, DoD acquisition process, and project financing process
• Analytical skills to assess potential project opportunities
