Job Description

MenuTrinfo® is a business that has prided itself since day one on protecting peoples’ lives and health through nutrition. Our state-of-the-art nutritional software make our services the best in class for the processed food, restaurant and food service industry.

MenuTrinfo® exists to inform food service professionals and food manufacturers in regards to food allergens and how to safely serve their customers. We assist in determining what is safe to eat off of a plate or from a jar. With over 32 million Americans currently living with food allergies, the services offered by our various programs couldn’t come at a more optimal time. These services include nutrition services, food allergen services and training, and certification for food handlers and food service workers.


We are looking for a seasoned commercial professional in the food service, restaurant and/or processed food market sectors.

RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Pick shows and events to attend that will deliver the best ROI for high value customer interactions
  • To meet or exceed sales and revenue goals for the company by identifying and acquiring high value customers at a predictable rate
  • Others as required
  • Leverage connections to increase sales possibilities
  • Uncover needs for marketing tasks and items to support sales efforts
  • Work one on one with the VP of Product Development to ensure that new needs areexpressed in product and deliverables to customer
  • Maintain a lead generation system that is easy to use while delivering the content that is needed to forecast and measure all Key Performance Indicators in the acquisition arena
  • Develop methods and hand offs with the VP of fulfillment for smooth onboard andtransition for new customers
  • Interact with the team to deliver webinars of interest for the High Value Customer's or potential High Value Customer's
  • Maintain a CRM system that allows forecasting and close rates
  • Drive sales and manage new and existing leads through lead generation, pipeline maintenance and closing percentage of deals

KNOWLEDGE and SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Stay on the cutting edge of what is desired by the High Value Customers to stay the leader in this space.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to explain complicated programs in a simple manner to drive close rate of business
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform professional correspondence
  • High school degree equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, food science, food technology, education or related field is preferred
  • Proven sales record and history
  • Solid multitasking and communication skills

REPORTS TO:

·CEO

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This position can report to the office and/or can be done remotely. Travel is major when allowed. This position requires the ability to work at a computer for long periods of time. This position requires the ability to set up booths at shows, attend shows throughout the US and stand for up to 8 hours in a day while maintaining a booth presence.
