We are working with the leading Digital Sports Media Group, specifically their sports analytics division. Their whole purpose is to use their in-depth analysis and content to help sports fans make better bets. They are growing tremendously and are now looking for a VP of Subscriptions Strategy.

Position: Vice President, Subscriptions Strategy



Join us on a transformative journey to revolutionize the realm of subscription-based business models in the sports industry. As a senior executive, you will play a pivotal role in propelling revenue growth and spearheading the triumph of our groundbreaking subscription products and services. Collaborating with dynamic cross-functional teams spanning product management, technology, marketing, analytics, content, and more, you will be responsible for crafting and executing game-changing subscription strategies that align seamlessly with our company's vision and objectives.

Your Responsibilities


  • Cultivate unparalleled expertise in the dynamic subscription landscape, particularly within the realm of sports, sports betting, and fantasy sports.
  • Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy for all subscription products across North America, orchestrating sales, winback, marketing campaigns, and paid initiatives in alignment with relevant teams.
  • Establish a partnership with our talented analytics team to create a robust reporting infrastructure, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders regarding the performance of our diverse subscription offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with our innovative product and technology teams to develop compelling subscription products that attract new customers and enhance retention rates.
  • Assume ownership of the Subscription Profit and Loss (P&L) within North America, collaborating with individual site General Managers to ensure continuous growth and alignment with forecasted targets.
  • Spearhead the subscription strategy for the thriving North American market, influencing the success of our esteemed brands.
  • Take the lead in optimizing conversion rates across our range of subscription products, prioritizing growth and revenue generation.


Job Requirements


You possess:


  • Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive results.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing subscription businesses.
  • Previous experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Strong strategic, tactical, and execution abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and trends related to subscription-based services.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve complex problems.
