Technical, Agile Project Manager Role 3367

iTalent is seeking a Technical, Agile Project Manager to join our emerging Retail Practice group. This is an exciting role and the individual selected will help our leading retail client reach their strategic initiatives for 2023.

As a Project Manager, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership, project and team management skills and the ability to deliver business results with quality. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the project team and not just a task driver and status provider. Required qualifications and skills

• Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts.
• Oversee the daily progress of the store digital projects with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality.
• Understand downstream impact of issues and effectively and proactively inform and escalate to key stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver the projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies.
• As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead as you work with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring all milestones are tracked and reported.
• Represent the PMO and PMO expectations within the project team.
• Ensure development and project processes are followed for successful implementations (for planning, implementation, testing) and ensure that exceptions to the process be transparent with risks understood and approved at appropriate organizational levels.
• The ability to speak cogently, possess strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-collaborative teams are essential for these roles.
• Have experience with Agile methodologies running scrum and well versed with JIRA.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• 4+ years in project management. Preferably in the Retail store digital space (store technologies).
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Must have core Project Management experience and skills.
• Effectively collaborate and influence in a highly-matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment with critical deadlines to meet.
• JIRA experience.
• Experience in Agile and scrum master and sprint planning, well organized, with solid communication.
