This role will be operating under our Member Services organization. Member Services is responsible for customer support across the Yahoo ecosystem as well as for creating and supporting subscriptions services for industry leading brands such as Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Fantasy Sports and AOL.

The Member Services project management team works at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and partners closely with marketing, customer support, engineering and the product teams.

A Little About You

As a technical project manager on the Member Services team, you will be managing a diverse array of projects from requirements definition through deployment. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, and providing day-to-day contact on project status and reporting on progress.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders, to ensure that web projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work on our call center tools, and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects related to Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization. Your role will involve working closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver functionality that will be used by call center agents.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of web development projects.
• Managing subscription products, and being responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the lifecycle of subscription-based products and services. Your role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing subscriber experiences, and ensuring the successful delivery of subscription offerings.

Requirements

• Proven success working with all levels of management
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, engineering, information technology, or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams, and being able to motivate and guide team members toward project goals.
• Proficiency with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira
• Driving deliverables, and conveying project objectives, status updates, and addressing any issues that arise
• 3+ years project management experience working on technical projects or within a technical domain

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes
• Previous experience managing subscription services
• Professional certification such as CSM
• Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,625.00 - $168,125.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
