🔍 Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to crystallize project requirements and work in tandem with cross-functional units to hit every milestone.
• Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to refine and enhance project management methodologies.
• Efficiency Engineering: Recognize and revolutionize process bottlenecks to fuel productivity.
• Leadership: Steer a talented team of developers and tech leads to achieve groundbreaking results.
• Risk Management: Keep a finger on the project's pulse to pinpoint risks and architect strategic mitigation blueprints.
• Documentation: Ensure every project detail is captured with precision and regularity.
• Communication: Relay critical project updates and achievements to the senior leadership circle.
• Strategy & Planning: Craft detailed project plans, encompassing timelines and budgets, to ensure a flawless project trajectory.

🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Astute communication abilities, translating tech to non-tech parlance.
• Demonstrated history of managing developer and tech lead brigades.
• Agile methodologies aren't just buzzwords; you've lived them.
• Solid grasp over state-of-the-art project management tools and methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Trello.
• 3+ years in the role of a Technical Project Manager within software development.

Preferred:

• Agile aficionado with rich experience in agile environments.
• Familiarity with React.js will give you an edge.
• Stellar communication prowess, bridging technical narratives with non-tech audiences.
• Robust problem-solving toolkit paired with sharp analytical acumen.
• 5+ years' tenure as a Technical Project Manager in the software development realm.
• Mastery over project management, juggling multiple ventures concurrently.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on technical experience in web development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
