Confiz LLChas one (1) open position for a TechnicalProject Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing project(s) delivery and customer relationships from end to end starting from pre-sales to beyond project delivery.

The Technical Project Manager engages with the sales team to help secure new customers, sets clear and correct expectations for the customers as well as for the delivery team, and manages successful delivery of projects by ensuring that the best project management and engineering processes are followed. SPM effectively identifies and resolves all customer issues related to technology and resource management.

• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Great organization and management skills to managing and keeping projects on track.
• Strong understanding and preferably subject matter expert on web and mobile technologies.
• Strong project management and technical experience to oversee multiple technology projects.

Job Role and Requirements:

• Responsible for risk management, project delivery and customer satisfaction of their portfolio.
• Provides regular mentoring and coaching to resources and ensures resources are developing and improving their skills, engaged and satisfied with their work.
• Manages and monitors delivery of multiple projects over complete lifecycle from initial scoping to close of project ensuring quality, budget, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
• Provides support to sales team to help win new customers by creating project estimates and technical solutions for prospective customers.
• Promotes and implements best project management and engineering practices across the teams.
