Supply Chain Manager - Remote | Wfh

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and directing our supply chain strategy and operations. Your expertise in logistics, supply chain, and distribution management will help us maintain our strong customer focus while balancing cost, service, and inventory goals.
Responsibilities
Manage a network of warehouses and partners, fostering effective business relationships.
Develop performance measurement systems, act on non-conformances, and provide training to external service providers.
Lead demand planning processes, analyzing customer demand changes and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, Responsible Care, ISO procedures, and Global Trade Guidelines.
Implement control processes for seamless international customer service in import and export operations.
Contribute to profitability through cost management while maintaining premium service levels.
Develop alternative distribution plans to ensure customer satisfaction during disruptions.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring compliance with safety, reliability, and cost objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (or equivalent experience); MBA or higher degree is a plus.
7-10 years of logistics, customer service, and managerial experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience implementing systems and quality processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Extensive experience in transportation fleet management, including regulatory requirements and negotiation.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
Willingness to challenge existing processes and drive change in the finished goods supply chain.
Availability for on-call support and occasional travel (up to 25%).
