That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as SR Technical Business Development Manager in our B2B Information Display Solution Ecosystem Team.
In this capacity you will;
Contributes to the sales efforts of division products and services, by utilizing their business development skills and technical knowledge as part of a team responsible for fostering relationships with non-purchasing technology influencers, creating new business opportunities, & supporting solution sales for assigned vertical markets and/or products. This is a Field/Home Office based role. We can consider anyone living within close proximity of a major airport.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities;
- Lead and/or participate in product, market, and solution planning sessions
- Visit Partners in-person at their place of business and/or industry events
- Collaborate with Product Management/Marketing and Sales
- Participate in and leverage industry associations (AVIXA, AIA, NSCA, etc)
- Contribute to education of LG teams & customers on ecosystem solutions
- Gather internal/external market intelligence for product/solution planning
- Assess and drive technical integration opportunities with assigned partners
- Manage assigned 3rd party technology (ecosystem) alliance
- Pursue solution creation and partner business development opportunities in Direct View LED, EduTech, or DOOH areas
- Assist Solution Engineering team with solution component sourcing
- Identify and foster new ecosystem relationships to enable solution development
- Lead special task teams and/or business development projects as needed
- Travel as needed. Domestic (up to 50%). International (occasional).
- Contribute to strategic direction for assigned markets/solutions/products
- Log, track, and report on partner activity as requested (e.g. Salesforce)
- Liaison with LG HQ Product Planning and Vertical Sales/Engineering teams
- Formulate and present LGEUS desired product roadmaps to management
- Support LG sales representatives with ecosystem solution spec-in/sales
- Utilize LG Marketing/Salesforce for proactive communication strategy
Where applicable:
- Leverage LG Academy to educate Ecosystem Partners on LG technology/products
- Leverage Solution Engineering team for custom solution ideas/creation
- Identify and track new solution collaboration projects and push to realize successful launch of new solutions
To Be successful you will need
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of project and product specifications
- Bachelors degree (business or technical subject) or relevant work experience, minimum 8 years of technology solution sales or business development experience (IT or Information Display industry preferred)
- A passion for acquiring new relationships, cultivating those relationships, and forming strategic alliances
- CTS certification preferred. Crestron and other technology certifications a plus.
- Experience in assembling solution selling strategies developed through working with or integrating with partner solutions
- Ability to travel 50% throughout the U.S and occasional international travel
- Knowledge of various vertical market solutions and applications for digital displays and/or related audiovisual/IT technologies. Direct-view LED knowledge a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business or partnership development role (preferably in a technology Industry)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (webOS a plus).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Base Pay Range: $117,500 - $137,300 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
