It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Manager of Business Development to our growing team. Reporting to our SVP of Sales, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of outbound and help drive revenue strategy at Beyond.

As our Manager of Business Development, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing coaching and development to sales reps with various levels of experience
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business on sales initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Owning and managing the team’s pipeline and forecast through strategic decision making to ensure success
  • Assist in deal negotiations and new business development effort
  • Leading our team of Business Development Representatives to quota achievement
  • Creating and developing processes and best practices to improve team performance

  • Lead strategically: You have a proven track record of identifying issues and providing solutions that yield successful results

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with outbound sales/business development representatives (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience creating processes and building structure
  • High initiative and demonstrated ability identifying opportunities for impact in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales quotas
  • A leadership style that embodies our core values
