Business Development Manager
Pay rate: $80,000-$90,000 (DOE)
Commissions are paid weekly!
Must reside within the St. Louis area, this position is on-site.
The Business Development Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. This individual is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue by generating new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new client opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Job responsibilities include selling multiple branch locations, promoting the company's services, utilizing sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, provide after-sales support, arrange meetings with prospective clients, developing a business growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this individual is able to train and develop entry-level employees into strong salespeople.
Salary is $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience), plus weekly commission, gas and cell allowance.
Job Skills:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role in the staffing industry
Proven sales track record
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Local market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
