The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, personable individual who is willing to seek out conversations within Doctors’ and Dental Offices. This job is remote. Work hours are flexible. Our goal for you is to get commission-based earnings up and over $100k per year, as quickly as possible. However, because we will not dictate your hours, it is acceptable for you to have different goals.
This is a contract position with high commission rates, so your earnings are directly tied to your success and the revenue you are able to produce.
Our largest need is for you to begin the conversation within medical/dental offices. Once you are setting meetings, we will attend as many as possible, and help you prepare to keep the relationship going and move towards a successful sale. We will work together to identify leads, create plans and strategies, and develop best practices as our team grows. We need you to be successful, so you will be well supported!
This is a start-up business, but as we achieve stable growth, we will look to bring people on as employees with benefits and retirement plans, if desired. This will likely take a few years, but the faster we have the conversations we are looking to you to start, the faster this will become a reality.
