Job Description
Business Development Manager
· Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
· Commission is paid weekly!
We are looking for a high performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for managing existing clients as well as building new business in your territory, maximizing our sales potential, developing sales plans and partnering with Regional Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing your sales funnel.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base.
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives for branches.
· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by creating partnerships.
· Present sales, revenue and expense reports and forecasts to Regional Sales Director.
Skills:
· Strong Leadership Skills are a MUST
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Proven ability to prospect, cold calling via in-person, phone calls, and emails
· Strong local market knowledge, and industry expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
