Omniskope is actively seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on generating qualified opportunities for our Services Sales team. This entails executing strategic marketing campaigns, expertly following up on leads, and crafting impactful email, social media, and calling initiatives. As a key driver of outbound demand generation, you will enhance the performance of our Services Sales Account Executive team. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious professional aiming to make a significant impact, contributing to our growth phase within an established firm. Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development Managers to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Analyze prospect's needs, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.
- Craft call scripts and email templates in partnership with the Business Development Manager and Marketing
- Work cohesively with Services Sales Account Executives/Sales Directors to create, execute, and manage demand generation programs for their named accounts/territories
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Omniskope's unique methodology and offerings.
- Interact by phone and email with key client personnel, including VP-level executives.
- Track all activity via marketing (Pardot) and sales automation tools (Salesforce)
- Focus on tactics and processes that increase lead conversion and reduce cost per opportunity.
- Build and maintain a regular program of outbound campaigns, collaborating with Business Development Manager and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Generate new qualified business leads through prospecting (greenfield, customers, and existing sales pipeline). Achieve monthly quota of leads and qualified opportunities for Services Sales.
- Research and build account intelligence (e.g. adding contacts, sending emails, and cold calling) for target accounts, dormant and current customers
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Ability to context-shift and support Sales teams across all verticals
- Strong communication and writing skills with proposal development experience a plus
- Have a passion for excellence and exceeding expectations
- Ability to ask open-ended questions and listen attentively
- Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization skills
- 1+ years of previous software sales and consulting sales experience (including prospecting)
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to use various sources of market and customer data to develop account intelligence and marketing strategies and harvest new contacts at Accounts
- Marketing and sales automation skills (e.g. Salesforce.com, Marketo, Data.com, ZoomInfo)
- 1-3+ years of outbound sales/marketing experience
- Proven relationship-building skills and account interaction experience
- Demonstrate effective independent thinking
- Social Media skills (Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Facebook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision while delivering on-target result
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Data.com, Zoominfo, and Pardot
- Bachelor's Degree (courses with a Marketing/Sales element are preferred but not essential)
- Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter
- Thrives in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
