Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department and team. Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment And Onboarding
Collaborating with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
Conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process for qualified applicants.
Updating s And Postings As Needed.
Overseeing team member onboarding, including background checks, employment eligibility verifications, and new hire orientations.
HR Program Administration And Management
Administering and executing various human resources programs, such as compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and talent development.
Handling disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, and team member counseling sessions.
Coordinating terminations and conducting exit interviews.
Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strategic Collaboration
Collaborating with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement interdepartmental processes and company-wide HR and talent management strategies.
Providing support and guidance to team members, supervisors, and business leaders on employment-related inquiries.
Administrative Management
Overseeing the administrative needs of the HR department, including maintaining files, preparing correspondence and reports, answering incoming calls, and scheduling meetings.
Providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources as needed.
Continuous Improvement
Staying updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Recommending and implementing improvements to HR policies, practices, and processes.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of human resources experience in a corporate setting (management experience is highly preferred).
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, with demonstrated expertise in their application.
Experience in developing and implementing HR and people operations strategies.
HR certification(s) such as PHR or SHRM-CP (not required but preferred).

Physical Requirements
To ensure you can perform the essential functions of this role with or without accommodation(s), you will:
Be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
Be able to access and navigate each department at several Company facilities.
Push, pull, and lift up to 15 lbs.
Possess a valid Driver's License as occasional travel may be required (<25%).
The starting salary for this position is $57,000 - $65,000 per year. Final offer amounts may vary based on factors such as candidate experience, expertise, and location.
