Human Resources Project Manager

Temp to perm project is for 12-18 months and will be a hybrid work environment. Our client needs senior folks who have exposure to HR and can come up with the right solution and plan.

Key Tasks

• Liaising with project contacts in partner teams
• Attendance, facilitation & meeting minute recording for project calls
• Creating and managing project documentation using MS project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Hosting several types of project calls including, but not limited to project status, requirement gathering, governance, etc.
• Closely monitoring and documenting progress of project millstones
• Conducting stakeholder interviews
• Collecting & recording business requirements

Key Projects:

• The client is undergoing a multi-year transformation of their HR Operating Model and the people, process and technology that make up that operating model. The HR operating model must evolve strategically to better address the needs of our clients, partnerships with stakeholders, and the evolving employee experience

Education & Experience Requirements

• Experience with technology implementations and technical writing is desirable
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Highest levels of attention to detail are paramount to success of the candidate
• 10+ years program governance and project management experience
• Experience coordinating large, visible, projects working with multiple internal and vendor partners globally
• Demonstrated success in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high pressure, time sensitive environment
• Experience in HR environment desired
