Our Management & Transformation Practice

This position is on Keyrus' M&T practice, which works with senior business and IT leaders cross-industry and upstream of implementation projects. We help them define the data strategy, organization, governance model, and roadmap that makes sense for their organization as they progress toward being truly data-driven.

Our projects are often transformational for our clients, impacting roles, working methods, tools, and business processes. As such, Change Management is a critical and frequent component of these projects.

About The Job

Change Management Responsibilities

• Work with customer stakeholders to explain the business drivers that have resulted in the need for the change through various communication channels
• Develop an overall change management approach connected to key stages in the implementation project it is accompanying
• Identify client stakeholders requiring training and design the training plan itself
• Create a sponsorship roadmap to mitigate resistance
• Generate change readiness assessments
• Work with customer stakeholders to design user adoption KPIs and tracking
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis
• Align with stakeholders on expectations around project outcomes in terms of specific improvements, organizational or process changes

Data Strategy Responsibilities

After aligning with business leadership, you will be involved in projects that provide a clear pathway to supporting business objectives using data. Including:

• Conduct business process analysis
• Design a ‘future state’ environment capable of supporting business objectives
• Perform Gap Analysis
• Develop Roadmaps and prioritize
• Data flow mapping
• Conduct maturity assessments

About Skills And Experience

• Ability to support the development of quality client deliverables
• Track record of success in performing current state analysis across processes, technology, and people
• Track-record of persuasiveness in oral, written, and presentation skills
• Demonstrate a depth of analysis and critical thinking
• Experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience with change management or data strategy, preferably in consulting
• Ability to identify and develop recommendations based on the current state, client environment context and industry-leading practices to meet client needs

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this position is between $105,000 to $145,000 per year. Individual salaries are based on skills, experience, and geography. Our Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage and an employer contribution of up to 4% of salary on our 401(k) plan.
