The mission of HubSpot’s People Operations (People Ops) team is to attract and empower people to do their best work and help HubSpot grow better. As HubSpot grows in size and complexity, it’s critical that we identify, prioritize, and execute the key initiatives that are going to enable our increasingly global and hybrid employee base. To support that effort, HubSpot is looking for a Senior Manager of Change Management for our global People Ops team.
- Build out a small but mighty team over time
- Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the change management and communications approach, leveraging this data to inform continuous improvement on future initiatives
- Build consistency and drive adoption of how we use Asana in the People Ops team to work more efficiently and collaboratively
- Identify (or develop) a change management framework and supporting tools and drive adoption across People Ops
- Own and lead the change management plan and interventions for key initiatives (ex: high performance culture, pay equity) to align critical stakeholders and ensure timeliness of key deliverables
- Flex into strategic project management as the need arises by the project slate and team
- Work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to drive business outcomes through coaching and modeling change leadership behavior
- Can easily flex between thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to get stuff done
- Have proven experience leading complex change projects
- Demonstrate high accountability and ownership
