Change Management Consultant Jobs

Must Haves:

• Familiarity with Employee Collaboration tools including: Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint
• Experience working with a major change initiative
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Product Stack & Outlook for Web
• 5+ years of experience working with change and project management plans, training plans
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Strong skills for stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Ability to influence and think both strategically and tactically

Day-2-Day:

A client in Tempe, AZ is looking for a Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team. This role would be working on to support two initiatives (1) our Cybersecurity Awareness efforts (50%) and (2) launching Teams Voice capabilities in offices across North America (50%).

The Consultant would be working with the project teams to develop communication plans and adoption materials that support the project deliverables. The adoption materials could include: developing and facilitating virtual training sessions, working with our Microsoft Account Team to plan training events, product feature videos, and general communication materials that could include information webpages, newsletters and news posts. Additional responsibilities are shown below:
