Project Manager - Change Management

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

This position supports a Product team 80% and a departmental team 20%.

Program Responsibilities:

• Independently coordinating complex calendared meetings,
• Assess and/or collate updates and summarize in status/activity reports.
• Interact with outside vendors and various levels of management to accomplish program objectives.
• Taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes and action items. High-level follow-through to ensure tasks are being completed.
• Program planning, scheduling, and tracking

Change Management Responsibilities:

• Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Assess the impact of changes. Conduct analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities leveraging known processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required.
• Support communications efforts enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to teams and management.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:

• Change Management
• Presentation skills.
• Experience supporting complex programs.

Compensation, Benefits and Ancillaries

Compensation

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $60/hr - $65/hr (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
