Protean Recruitment is looking for experienced Business Change Consultants to join a leading consulting firm growing its Change Management capability in the United States.

As a Business Consultant in the Change Management Practice, you will participate in end-to-end change management programs to help clients transform their businesses and recognize the greatest value from technology-driven initiatives.

In this role, you can join the Change Management Practice supporting a diverse customer portfolio across the United States. Due to significant customer demand and recent successful opportunities secured our client is seeking multiple experienced hires.

Our client has ambitious plans to significantly grow the Change Management Practice alongside the wider Business Consulting, Strategy & Advisory functions in the coming years, you can collaborate with industry-leading delivery teams to lead, develop & deliver Change Management engagements end to end.

The role:

  • Monitor adoption effectiveness.
  • Help with the continued efforts to enhance the Change Management brand across the United States.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end change management programs.
  • Build high-quality L&D materials, and lead training sessions.
  • Identify and support internal Change Management capability growth agenda whilst actively contributing to key Change Management accounts.
  • Create detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
  • Ability to communicate and connect with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.


Experience required:

  • Management Consulting experience in leading and delivering change management programs across the entire change management lifecycle, ideally coming from theBig 4/Accenture or a leading boutique consulting firm.
  • Balance multiple initiatives concurrently such as delivery, proposals, pitches, capability development, and accurately in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong change management analysis, design, facilitation, and execution skills in large-scale systems implementations.
  • Possess a ‘sales’ mindset, with the tenacity to help grow the Change Management capability.
  • Deep expertise in Change Management and Target Operating Model Design principals
