Senior Manager- Training & Change Management- Remote

As Blueclip we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a Senior Manager- Training & Change Management who will create and implement training content and learning experiences for client-facing digital products and contribute to change management for new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies related to learning solutions development and instructional design.
• Provide training (i.e., hands on training and training materials), and organizational development support to support change and ensure adoption of technology.
• Deliver interactive instruction through training materials and presentations in both live and virtual classroom environments.
• Support the program/project manager with the definition and integration of change management activities into program/project plans.
• Implement surveys to measure learner experience and collect feedback for improvements, adjusting training curricula as needed.
• Participate in reviewing and improving the overall change management strategy, working with leaders to ensure tailored approaches.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external training agencies and advisory services.
• Create and implement training content and learning experiences including eLearning modules, How To, FAQs, and other training materials.
• Support the project team to develop stakeholder/ and partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.
• Develop and deliver new training videos and other assets associated with the introduction of new products and features, services, and/or sales methodologies in partnership with product, marketing, and sales.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other client interactions.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design experience, and Digital Adaption Platforms like Walkme, Attensi, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Minimum 5+ years of Management Experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in training, onboarding, and enablement, preferably in the SaaS software space.
• Minimum 3+ years of Functional Experience in organizational change.
• Familiarity with agile development methods and practices.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
