Job Description

Job Title: Change Management Specialist


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in driving successful change initiatives. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change projects, ensuring effective transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies. Your expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, data gathering, dashboard reports and communication will be instrumental in facilitating organizational transformation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, analytical minded, able to communicate change through good written communication skills. The candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, and has a proven track record of delivering successful change outcomes.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage change projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating change initiatives to drive organizational transformation and achieve desired outcomes.

2. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and areas of resistance associated with the change initiatives.

3. Develop and implement comprehensive change management methods and plans, ensuring they align with project objectives and effectively address the needs of stakeholders.

4. Create and execute engaging communication plans, including key messages, FAQs, presentations, and other communication materials, to promote understanding, manage expectations, and address concerns throughout the change process.

5. Design and deliver communications to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to and embrace change.

6. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in effectively leading their teams through periods of change, including addressing resistance, managing emotional reactions, and fostering employee engagement.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with project timelines and milestones.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in change or project management, including leading and executing change initiatives within complex organizational environments.

3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully navigating through complex change challenges.

5. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

8. Creative, able to produce quality deliverables, such as presentations, dashboard reports for senior leadership, and data analysis outcomes.

9. Knowledge of organizational behavior, psychology, or human resources is advantageous.
