: Enterprise Transformation Change Management Consultant
Company Overview:
At AgilityHealth, we are a leading provider of enterprise business agility transformation services along with measurement and continuous improvement platform. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Transformation Change Management Consultant to support a large financial company in its Enterprise Business Agility transformation journey.
Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Transformation Change Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our client, a prominent financial company, in their enterprise-wide transformation to deliver better faster outcomes for their customers. You will work closely with key stakeholders, leaders, and teams to drive adoption of agility practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and facilitate the successful implementation of Enterprise Business Agility across the organization. Your expertise in change management, coupled with your deep understanding of Enterprise Business Agility principles, will be instrumental in enabling the client to navigate the complexities of their transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
1. Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the client's needs, organizational culture, and transformation goals.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including executives, department heads, and team leaders. Build strong relationships and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
3. Change Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to identify roles and groups impacted, potential challenges, risks, and opportunities associated with the transformation. Develop mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified gaps.
4. Communication and Training: Develop and deliver effective communication plans, including executive presentations, town halls, and targeted messaging to ensure awareness and understanding of the transformation. Design and facilitate training programs to upskill employees and leaders on enterprise agility principles and practices.
5. Organizational Readiness: Assess the organization's readiness for transformation and implement change management initiatives to enhance readiness and minimize resistance. Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams throughout the transformation journey.
6. Change Adoption and Sustainment: Monitor and track the adoption of enterprise business agility practices across the organization. Identify barriers to adoption and implement strategies to address resistance, ensuring long-term sustainability of the transformation.
7. Leadership Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching, guidance, and mentoring to leaders, teams, and champions to support them through the change, enable a culture of collaboration and open communication.
8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the transformation. Regularly report on the adoption, effectiveness, and impact of enterprise business agility practices to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a change management consultant, leading and supporting enterprise-wide transformations, preferably in the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices, including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Sr Leaders on enterprise agility practices and mindset. Helping them manage the change as positive change leaders.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to influence others by actively listening to their challenges and concerns and developing effective solutions.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings effectively.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe), AgilityHealth EBAS are strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.
