We are looking for: A Senior Talent Operations Coordinator to help us in our goal of identifying the best candidates to join SimSpace and ensure that we provide them with the gold standard experience. This is a six-month full-time temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. The Senior Talent Operations Coordinator will assist in implementing best in class practices to drive our talent strategy, through recruiting tools, data reporting, and supporting our internal hiring teams.
What will you be doing as a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator at SimSpace?

• Engage global new hires through onboarding and orientation activities
• Promote our employer brand, programs, and job openings
• Perform administrative duties for Talent Operations team
• Assign tests and challenges to assess candidates' skills when applicable
• Administer and process background screens for new hires
• Support the new hire offer process
• Assist in reporting on global recruiting activities, challenges and strategies
• Support with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media
• Perform continuous ATS maintenance
• Follow up with interview teams to ensure feedback is captured
• Update hiring teams on positions, follow up, and check in regularly
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create job posts, schedule intake meetings, and coordinate candidates through the screening process

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Senior Talent Operations Coordinator, you need to have:

• Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required
• Prior experience and expert level skills in Greenhouse ATS
• 1+ year of prior experience in a Talent Coordinator role
• Persistent attention to detail

• Pay Range $30.00-$35.00 per hour
• Semi-flexible hours, with the expectation that you overlap the main part of the day to meet deadlines, collaborate with colleagues and attend key meetings
