Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to join our remote team. As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition and management processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional candidate and client experiences.
Responsibilities:
•Manage, create, and update client and candidate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
•Schedule client meetings and candidate interviews, coordinating across different time zones and calendars.
•Drive our social media presence by maintaining our company website and posting engaging content on LinkedIn.
•Utilize your proficiency in Boolean search techniques to effectively source candidate and client information.
•Expertly navigate and manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and external databases, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
•Collaborate with other team members to support multiple projects and initiatives.
•Assist in organizing and coordinating talent-related events or webinars.
•Provide extensive editing and formatting support for various documents using Microsoft Suite tools.
•Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all tasks to uphold the quality of our candidate and client interactions.
Ideal Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
•Proven experience in project management and multitasking in a remote work environment.
•Expertise in Boolean search methodology.
•Strong command of Microsoft Suite, with the ability to perform extensive editing and formatting tasks.
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with Top Echelon ATS, Smartsheet and other external databases.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
•Previous exposure to remote work setups and best practices.
•Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
•Basic understanding of SEO principles for optimizing online content.
