Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding for assigned facility group.
• Provide outstanding client service and support to hiring managers by building rapport and relationships.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience through positive, memorable, and simple onboarding processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Program Manager on hiring events, university relations efforts, and career fairs.
• Drive the recruiting process in ICIMS and manage onboarding, ensuring timely and effective implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, or Business preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Available to work remotely 100% of the time with up to 15% travel.
• 1-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, communications, or customer service.
