You will be responsible for managing our talent database, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing support to our Talent Operations team. Overview The Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Operations team. This includes managing the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and providing support to the Talent Operations team. The Talent Operations Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Talent Operations team and providing support to the Talent Operations team in all areas. Detailed Job Description The Talent Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Talent Operations team. This includes managing the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and providing support to the Talent Operations team. The Talent Operations Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Talent Operations team and providing support to the Talent Operations team in all areas.The Talent Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
• Onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing support to the Talent Operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all Talent Operations activities.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of Talent Operations policies and procedures.
• Working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the Talent Operations team.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a Talent Operations role.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
