Job Description

Our Galleria client seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Talent & Development Specialist to lead our clients talent initiatives, ensuring the growth and retention of top-tier talent across their diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Coaching: Provide expert coaching to business leaders, offering insights into various facets of talent management and recommending interventions to further develop high-potential leaders.
  • Crafting Performance Excellence: Develop and implement performance processes that identify, nurture, and retain exceptional talent, reflecting the unique needs of our diverse global workforce.
  • Strategic Partnership Cultivation: Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and the Leadership Team, translating strategic objectives into impactful talent initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of talented professionals in the talent management realm, nurturing their growth and enhancing their ability to execute intricate talent strategies.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge talent-related technologies to analyze metrics, identify strengths and improvement areas, and ensure seamless execution of talent management systems.
  • Industry Trends Vigilance: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to align Talent Management with overarching business objectives.
  • Succession Planning Focus: Drive a robust focus on succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, complemented by a poised executive presence.
  • Proven track record of over 7 years in designing and operationalizing effective talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen, with at least 3 years of experience in guiding and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, clarifying objectives, and driving change within a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong program or project management expertise, characterized by attention to detail and ownership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
