The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is at the heart of our mission to build the best team possible. With a primary focus on sourcing, the role demands a blend of creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for discovering qualified candidates in the talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for suitability and potential fit within the organization.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, both virtually and in person.
- Cultivate and maintain a warm talent pool for anticipated future openings.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fine-tune job specifications and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Actively source candidates, leveraging innovative methods and technologies.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process with efficiency and diligence.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in using multiple sourcing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Bilingual is a plus.
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is required.
