Industry Trends Vigilance: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices to align Talent Management with overarching business objectives.

Proven track record of over 7 years in designing and operationalizing effective talent management strategies.

Strong program or project management expertise, characterized by attention to detail and ownership.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated leadership acumen, with at least 3 years of experience in guiding and cultivating high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, complemented by a poised executive presence.

Manage and oversee the full-cycle recruitment including qualifying the requisition, sourcing, screening, selection, interview coordination management, and offer extension

Proven capabilities to recruit and manage the recruiting process for technical positions

Inform Hiring Managers of the nature of the candidate market. Develop creative solutions to hard-to-fill requisitions. Act as a strategic partner.

3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting

Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience in the AEC industry preferred

Provides recommendations for learning experiences that increase reach, impact, and future capability requirements.

Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Training design and delivery: Skilled at instructional design principles and techniques, including creating training materials, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs.

Experienced in developing training materials (slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, etc.).

Effectively communicates the Learning and Talent vision with team members, and partners thoughtfully during the design/development process.

Performs other related duties as required.

Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience and building interpersonal relationships.

Maintain and manage updates of existing program process documentation.

Manage all program calendars and communication including coordinating meetings and ensuring all necessary parties are invited and prepared.

Can manage multiple priorities and events concurrently.

Communicates in a timely manner and is able to manage multiple scheduling needs autonomously.

Knowledge of HR and/ or talent acquisition processes, systems, tools, and metrics.
