Overview A Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to help employees develop their skills and reach their full potential. They are responsible for creating and implementing learning strategies, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Detailed Job Description The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to help employees develop their skills and reach their full potential. They will create and implement learning strategies, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. They will also provide guidance and support to employees in their development and career progression. The Talent Development Specialist will also be responsible for researching and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate training programs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Professional certification in training and development
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles

• 5+ years of experience in training and development
