Talent Acquisition - Sourcer/Screener (Full-Time In-Office)

Position Purpose and Objectives

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition - Sourcer/Screener to support our Talent Acquisition team and help scale our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will work side by side with recruiting partners and business leaders to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of talent.

The proactive and detailed Talent Acquisition - Sourcer/Screener will focus on identifying talent and building pipelines for the various lines of business within the organization while providing administrative support as part of the full life cycle recruiting process.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30-6 pm

Major Duties and Essential Functions

• Ensure sourcing strategy aligns with efforts to build diverse candidate pipelines from entry-level to senior-level positions
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate and determine candidate qualifications; support talent acquisition team during in-person interviews
• Prepare candidate write ups for hiring manager review
• Source and screen targeted passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches
• Perform administrative tasks supporting Talent Acquisition and HR teams
• Assist and conduct reference and background checks; notify candidates of interview status
• Serve as an ambassador of the company’s mission, values and brand
• Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Hireology, social media sites, and referrals to identify and attract talent for assigned requisitions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Paylocity
• Create and post openings on various job boards

Qualifications:

• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of successful sourcing experience
• Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced high volume environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels including senior leadership
• Great sense of urgency and confidentiality
• Adaptable team player
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Automotive Industry knowledge a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
