Job Description
Company Description

At Third Bridge, we’re a primary research business providing professional services to Private and Public Equity Investors, Investment Consultants, Investment Managers, and more.

We help those investors understand companies and the issues they face. We build and share intelligence on key industry drivers and the latest sector trends. And we offer the kind of critical knowledge that’s regularly overlooked by conventional investment research, and which investors won’t find anywhere else on the planet.

Put simply, we’re creating the world’s largest database of human insights — and we’re the architects of an incredible ecosystem that fuels better and faster investment decisions.

Together, we're on a mission designing, building and delivering a different kind of future. It’s all about creating a space where people are empowered to make bold moves. To explore new ways of working. To go where no-one has ever gone before.

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge. With plans to expand our Dallas office, this role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for working with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.

With overall responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our Dallas office, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
  • Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities
  • Sourcing and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels, developing sourcing strategies with the business for each role
  • Developing and managing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners
  • Conducting phone and face to face interview
  • Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle

Qualifications

  • Hold an undergraduate degree.
  • Previous background of a 360 recruitment role is desired, across a number of different types of positions (this may come from either and RPO or internal role).
  • Strong experience with active and passive sourcing.
  • Eligible to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

What else are we looking for?

  • We’re looking for someone who is proactive, and self-managing who can develop strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional candidates experiences, ideally with experience in early careers and high volume recruitment.
  • Previous experience within an end to end talent acquisition role where you’ll have successfully sourced candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.
  • Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, able to position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a TA Team.
  • You’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business.
