Company Description
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent
- Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities
- Sourcing and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels, developing sourcing strategies with the business for each role
- Developing and managing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners
- Conducting phone and face to face interview
- Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle
- Hold an undergraduate degree.
- Previous background of a 360 recruitment role is desired, across a number of different types of positions (this may come from either and RPO or internal role).
- Strong experience with active and passive sourcing.
- Eligible to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- We’re looking for someone who is proactive, and self-managing who can develop strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional candidates experiences, ideally with experience in early careers and high volume recruitment.
- Previous experience within an end to end talent acquisition role where you’ll have successfully sourced candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.
- Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, able to position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a TA Team.
- You’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting and assessing top talent for our business.
