Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Location: Austin, TX

Job-Type: Contract – 3 months w/ potential to extend or convert to full-time

Position Overview:

This will be a 3-month temporary, individual contributor role that will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition. The main area of responsibility will be proactive recruitment for the Austin Company Store market. This role will require a high level of problem solving, creativity and judgement. The mission of this role is to proactively source Hair Stylists candidates in the Austin market.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven experience sourcing and building recruiting pipelines with creative engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
• Experience in recruitment or sourcing of roles requiring licensure
• Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
• Recruitment experience to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
