- Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.

- Recruiting efforts will be focused on Accounting and Finance roles. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
- Be a self-starter who works well independently, but knows when to seek input or ask for guidance
- Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.
- Use of personal computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
- Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
- High School diploma and 5 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
- Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR
- Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
