Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering volume, profit and growth objectives in the eastern region of the United States. Focus will be on building effective relationships and developing joint business programs with our retailers, distributors and broker partners.They will lead all retail programs in their region as well as be responsible for overseeing all merchandising programs to help accelerate sales.

Qualifications

3+ years of CPG Sales experience (salty snack or cookie/cracker preferred).

Must have: budget and project management experience; strong planning/organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines; strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Experience activating brands and promotion and trade spend experience is a plus.
