As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, Creative Marketing, you will play an essential role in identifying, attracting and selecting top talent for the firm. This role will lead hiring initiatives and collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Senior Recruiting Specialist, Creative Marketing Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and advertisements that effectively promote open positions
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Review applicants, conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Senior Recruiting Specialist, Creative Marketing Requirements

• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter with a focus in marketing, sales and technology
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and best practices in recruitment and selection
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
