Marketing & Creative Director Jobs

Our electronic accessory client is seeking a Marketing & Creative Director for their Coppell location. This opportunity will be a Full Time ON SITE opportunity.
The ideal Marketing & Creative Director will be in charge of managing a small creative group and will need to work well in a fast moving environment by effectively implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
Creative and Marketing Director Responsibilities:
CREATIVE:
Determine the creative vision of each project and manifest that vision through digital, print, and other media. Direct and motivate team of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them use their talents effectively. Deliver first class materials to ultimately elevate the brand in a challenging retail market.
Retail Package Design
POS Materials - In-store displays/fixtures/signage
Product Catalogs (both client brands and customer brands)
Website Design
Sales Presentation Decks
Private Label and Corporate Decks
Manage Creative Projects and Deliverables Timeline
Manage Outsourced Projects
Work with New AI Platforms to Gain Efficiencies on any Applicable Project & Find New Ways to Utilize AI
MARKETING:
Develop plans to promote Emerge products through campaigns and other various tools used in the retail big box and online channels. Work with the sales and product teams to increase sales and build brand awareness.
Build the client's Online Presence
Send Monthly Email Blasts
Conduct Quarterly Product Launch Campaigns
Overall Brand Campaign - Define Vision/Standards of all client's Brands
Implement Tailored Marketing Plans for Individual Customers of this client.
Creative and Marketing Director Requirements:
1-2 years professional experience managing a team.
Background in digital marketing strategy.
Proficient in Abode Creative Suite.
