A start-up client of ours that is growing exponentially is seeking a marketing specialist that will assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy across multiple digital channels.

Ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for executing the online marketing strategy and expanding online presence
• Build and execute innovative campaigns to reach new users through digital channels such as email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, etc… This includes account set-up, campaign planning, competitive analysis, keyword research, creating ad copy
• Assists in landing page design, copy, and implementation
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product management and design
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign success and ROI
• Create/edit compelling content including blogs, videos, reels/shorts with the goal of driving engagement as well as expanding our online presence
• Design and implement A/B tests for campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on campaign management experience
• Flexibility and openness to feedback from cross-functional team members
• Must have a passion for marketing with a desire to continuously drive customer growth and expand customer relationships
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Deep understanding of social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
