Job Description

SUMMARY

A full-time position to market a co-working and concierge service flexible offices spaces. Generate and manage leads. Bring in clients for tours through online marketing, social media, paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), Google My Business, SEO management, and 3rd party websites.Must be an expert in analyzing keywords and ad marketing data while also creative enough to use the right words/ads to draw in leads.Looking for a person with experience in Digital Marketing and creating creative content. Must be very detailed oriented who can manage all the marketing websites.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•GPA of 3.5 or higher

•Hubspot

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Background in Digital Marketing

•Experience with Google and Facebook ads

•Preferred experience in Wordpress, InDesign, and Adobe

• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and MS Word
