Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for driving veteran outreach, engagement and recruiting activities to support firm-wide hiring priorities. Manage stakeholders within talent acquisition and across the firm and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality. Develop excellent relationships with external vendors, military bases, and transition centers on military installations to promote the firm's brand and find unique ways to attract candidates. Source candidates and develop local networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using a variety of sources, including direct sourcing utilizing social media and network contacts, internet postings, database searches and community outreach initiatives to create diverse candidate pools. Assess business needs and talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives. Build long-term, value-added relationships with prospects, including managing candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high demand candidates
- Ability to utilize creative sourcing techniques, including network organizations, social media and referrals
- Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units
- Experience with recruiting veterans and engaging with various military platforms and leaders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Workday
- Ability to show success in a client or customer service role
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for base visits and recruiting events
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting Military Talent or in a DoD environment
- Experience with Avature CMS
- Knowledge of the military candidate population or community
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Program or Project management
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
