We are a growing Personal Injury Law office seeking a highly creative and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, driven, and dedicated to delivering innovative marketing solutions that capture our unique culture and values. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working closely with the firm’s management team to implement key strategic marketing campaigns (both online and offline) that increase the firm’s visibility and attract potential clients. To accomplish this, the Marketing Specialist will oversee promotion of our brand to the community through various marketing channels including social media content creation, creative writing, graphic design, and community relations. The successful applicant will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Outreach - Write, design, and send monthly e-newsletters. Track analytics & manage contacts. Manage mailing lists and addresses. Oversee client outreach programs to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Profile Management – Basic website editing and updates including creating landing pages and updating current pages.
- Creative Writing – Develop written content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media content, press releases, website copy, flyers, and other promotional materials. Requires ability to explain complex legal topics in a reader-friendly way.
- Analytics & Future Planning – Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to determine areas of improvement. Continuously follow the latest market trends and suggest ideas for optimization. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative marketing strategies.
- Graphic Design - Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, social media ads, print advertising, and all other promotional materials.
- Events – Attend events and represent the firm in a professional manner while engaging with potential clients and partners. Set up and break down table and displays. Requires 1-2 weekend in-person events per year.
- Digital & Print Marketing - Develop content for digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and both print and online advertisements. Responsible for researching, designing, ordering & distributing promotional items (requires in-person deliveries in the Denver Metro area.)
- Social Media – Manage profiles, create engaging social media content that reflects our brand identity and values, share monthly giveaways, respond to reviews and messages. (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, GMB)
- Brand Integrity – Responsible for maintaining the firm’s brand integrity by ensuring consistent branding across all channels that reflects our values. Oversee the copywriting and image creation of all print materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, cards, etc. Manage all swag and provider gifts. Manage reputation across all platforms including updating profiles and responding to reviews and comments.
- Provider Outreach – Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to increase visibility and referral sources. Includes in-person visits.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must live in the Denver metro area, have access to a vehicle, and be willing to make deliveries and run errands as needed throughout the Denver metro area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong creative thinking and graphic design skills (at least 2+ years of experience with graphic design)
- Experience in social media management and advertising (specifically Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Experience in the legal industry is preferred.
- Ability to attend sponsored events in person
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
