Creative Project Coordinator Jobs

Our boutique agency client in Dallas is looking for a FULL-TIME Creative Project Coordinator to start in August or September.

This is a HYBRID role that requires working onsite at the agencys national entertainment clients office in Coppell Monday through Thursday and working from home Fridays.

The Creative Project Coordinator will lead in-store merchandising support, printing and in-store digital vendor partner oversight to ensure creative file delivery, creative feedback, budgets, job starts, planograms, etc. are timely and executed well.

Creative Project Coordinator Responsibilities

Oversee in-store creative visuals from concept to implementation for all promotions & tests

Work collaboratively to develop creative/strategic direction for merchandising needs

Oversee digital screen content creation and scheduling with vendors and internal IT team

Manage creative assets from mechanical release to store installation in partnership with vendors across digital and print

Coordinate and communicate customer experience planograms

Manage production timelines, inventory, art review/approval, billing/budgets, printing, asset management

Work with brand team, operations, brand and digital partners on any merchandising changes or updates

Lead trafficking of all deliverables across social, digital, merchandise that are created by internal creative agency

Creative Project Coordinator Requirements

3 to 5 years in project management/coordinator role

Experience working brand side restaurant or retail

Software: Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel; project management tool like Monday or similar
