Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent administrator and talent sourcer to join our HR and Recruiting Team to manage the first stage of the recruitment process. The Recruiting Cooridnator’s responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipeline for future hiring needs. You will proactively identify our hiring needs and help fill our vacancies with qualified employees looking to join a growing organization. This role requires someone with strong prioritization and organizational skills who works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Crafting and send recruiting emails
  • Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Coordinating with the Director of Recruiting to determine position requirements
  • Promoting our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintaining candidate databases via our ATS and CRM
  • Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Engaging with potential candidates on social media, professional networks and in the ATS/CRM
  • Measuring and reporting conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques on job boards and professional networks.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRMs), experience with iCIMs is preferred but not required.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and enjoy working as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
