Your next career:


The Senior Manager of Recruitment for fabric will support the company’s strategic direction in attracting and hiring top talent for all areas of fabric’s business. This person will drive all areas of recruiting, including but not limited to: identifying candidates through different sourcing channels, managing processes, maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers, managing technology, and employer branding. This individual will also directly manage a global team of recruiters.


Your responsibilities:


  • Own employer branding to attract top talent for fabric
  • Manage, train and evaluate the recruitment team
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving recruitment strategies across branding, events, employee referral and sourcing channels
  • Fully manage a world-class candidate experience and the end to end recruitment process, including pre-briefings, interview stages and results, offer acceptance, and sharing real-time feedback
  • Work with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning and future talent requirements based on business growth plans
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring progress and measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Own requisition request process and the prioritization of requisitions based on business need
  • Leverage multiple technologies, tools, and approaches to identify the best candidates


What you bring to the table:


  • High level of interpersonal skills to communicate with potential candidates. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company
  • Experience head hunting and closing senior and/or executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages is highly preferred
  • Have a strong understanding of headcount planning and position management
  • 3+ years of directly managing recruitment teams
  • Experience with domestic and/or international recruiting
  • Experience with managing and negotiating external full-time and contract employee search firms
  • Experience with Google Suite, applicant tracking systems (Lever Preferred), and headcount tracking management software (Trace preferred)
  • Ability to influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with working autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • BS/BA or equivalent and relevant business experience in recruitment for a technology/e-commerce based company is required
  • 8+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment


Additional Information:


This role will receive a competitive salary, along with a variable compensation, equity and benefits. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation - including a candidates professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.


The base salary for this role will be between USD 122k to USD 162k.
