Recruitment Manager

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Manager. The ideal candidate hold a Bachelors Degree, have experience with UKG and iCIMS.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage job fairs to attract a pool of qualified candidates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain an engaging career page on our website
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and assess their staffing needs
• Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking and reporting
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting statistics for reporting purposes
• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies and processes
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment paperwork, including offer letters, background checks, and relevant documents
• Develop and update job descriptions and job requirements to align with organizational needs and industry standards

Requirements:

• Experience in organizing and participating in career fairs to attract top talent
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative recruitment solutions
• Proficiency in using iCIMS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7 years recruiting experience, with a focus on property management or real estate recruitment
• Familiarity with UKG or similar HR software for managing employee data and processes
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter
