As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, select, and hire top talent for the Genius Group companies. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the companies have a qualified and diverse workforce to meet its current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the companies’ goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
Talent Acquisition:
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
Review and analyse resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further assessment.
Conduct interviews, both in person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage the selection process, including assessment tests, reference checks, and background screenings.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
Develop and maintain the company’s brand to attract and retain top talent.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment advertisements that accurately represent the role and the organisation.
Utilise various marketing channels to promote job openings and enhance the organisation's visibility as an employer of choice.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement, optimise processes, and enhance the quality of hire.
Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
5 years experience as a Recruitment Manager in a Headhunting firm or Recruitment agency with a successful track record of hiring high-quality talent.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and diversity and inclusion principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Experience in delivering training programs is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyse recruitment data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
