Recruitment Operations Manager

The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for managing a seamless and exemplary candidate experience from offer to day one. Every touchpoint adds to creating the lens through which the new hire will judge their employee experience. The pre-onboarding logistics management is the foundation on which the experience builds.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in re-envisioning and managing the pre-onboarding process and new hire experience which includes the project management of offer approvals, candidate communication, background check management, and partnering with HR and IT for onboarding preparation
• Provide excellent service to hiring managers and great experience to candidates
• Resolve issues and make recommendations for process improvement
• Assist in recruitment marketing efforts
• Assist in capturing and implementing best practices around recruiting operations
• Manage reporting efforts for recruiting operations
• Recruitment tool management to ensure proper utilization

What You Bring To The Table

• You love a well-managed project and have project Management knowledge
• You are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• You thrive in fast-paced, fluid recruiting environments
• You are a creative problem solver
• You have previous administrative or corporate experience, preferably in the area of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Marketing
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You are self-motivated. Owning the process and ensuring best practices are a natural given
• You’re a proven strong communicator and have interpersonal skills to interface effectively with both internal and external customers
