Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a leading staffing company dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and help us take our services to the next level.


:

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our recruitment team, which includes two remote recruiters. The manager will be the primary point of contact for our account on the vendor management system and will actively manage the relationships with our clients on this platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve job vacancies from the vendor management system and post them on our recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ZOHO Recruit.
  • Oversee our account on the vendor management system.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings with the recruiters, brainstorming and problem-solving to overcome any challenges faced.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the company President.
  • Implement and maintain efficient and effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Assign job postings to our remote recruiters.
  • Supervise and guide the activities of two remote recruiters.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment process, using platforms such as Monster and LinkedIn, along with other recruitment methods.
  • Strive to achieve the goal of at least four candidate submissions per week and two placements per month.
  • Follow up and maintain relationships with clients on the vendor management system.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ZOHO Recruit or similar ATS systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a recruiter at a staffing agency, with experience working in various verticals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a recruitment manager at a staffing agency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
